Patti’s journey didn’t start in corporate life. She began as a fearless comic performer and writer, appearing in Largely New York at Seattle Repertory Theatre, the Kennedy Center, and on Broadway. She later earned her master’s degree in psychology and drama therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies, fusing creativity and human behavior into a lifelong exploration of how people change—and why they don’t.

Her large-scale visual maps adorn organizational walls across the world, serving as living roadmaps of transformation. She has received the Association for Women’s “Woman of Achievement” award, spoken at the United Nations for the Ideagen Global 2030 Empowering Women & Girls Summit, and serves on the Advisory Board for Women in Cloud.
