In this four-hour online workshop, we’ll explore imagination not as a playful tool but as a cognitive power that fuels gamestorming sessions. The imaginative capacity in all of us can be intentionally leveraged to accelerate innovation, deepen problem-solving, and improve decision-making in a group. Together, we’ll use experiential visual thinking to amplify this capacity and help working groups reduce stress and generate greater empathy—all while moving toward more compelling outcomes and deliverables.

Polly’s Army of One

At its heart, Polly’s Army of ONE is about how we become ourselves—and what it costs, what it takes, and what we carry along the way.

Polly’s Army of ONE is a one-woman theatrical work blending storytelling, humor, and direct audience address to explore identity, resilience, and chosen family across a lifetime. Performed by a single actor embodying multiple ages and perspectives, the piece traces one queer woman’s journey from childhood through later life as she navigates belonging, love, loss, and self-acceptance.

The structure is episodic and character-driven, moving fluidly between past and present. Humor is used alongside moments of vulnerability to invite reflection on how personal history, societal norms, and internalized expectations shape identity. The work is intimate in scale, designed for flexible staging and minimal technical requirements, making it well suited for fringe and small-venue presentation.
